Nothing to dislike so far, the product is working well for us and covers our needs. An area of improvement will be around scheduling: being able to be more precise in the scheduling. Right now I can't say anything that is bringing me concerns. The only point is that is a little bit expensive tool, but if you consider the ROI of it, also comparing with the time you save from your team and your product squad, it's totally worth it. I did not like that when an API output came in with a comma-separated string, the only options were to create either a new row or a new column for each extraneous value. So I contacted the developer about that, and a couple of months later he published a new option that allows writing the full comma-separated string to a field. I was looking for a no-code solution to take data from XML/JSON feeds into airtable and Data Fetcher has surpassed all expectations. I've been reliably able to pull data at good frequencies with no issues. Setup is simple (I can't really code) and have managed to use their help articles for most things i've got stuck on.
