Data Fetcher has been a total game-changer for our team. As part of an operational project, I wanted to automate pulling data points using APIs and have these metrics populate into Airtable at specific times. However, I specialize in operations and am not formally trained in coding or engineering, which presented an immediate challenge in completing this project (or even getting it off the ground). Data Fetcher took this stumbling block and removed it entirely! It does exactly what we need it to do in a user-friendly and easily navigable way. Data Fetcher has not only saved us time but also allowed us to use Airtable to its fullest potential and harness insights we weren't aware of previously. DataFetcher is a fantastic tool to get access to data contained within APIs and collect it within Airtable. It makes the process easier than writing your own connection and normalization scripts, allowing business users to do their own self-guided data exploration and enrichment. As this is a newer tool, the documentation could be improved. However, the support team responded quickly to inquiries and feature enhancement requests. For instance, originally, the tool did not encode special characters into the POST API URLs by default, which caused some errors. The integration into AirTable is incredibly well done, and the UX is easy to use. This tool is saving me so much time and allowing me to enrich my data with stats I thought were impossible to get. I love this thing!

I spent a lot of time creating the data pulls and had to use the help docs a fair bit; they are incredibly well-written, which is great to see.
