Once again DAT has no barriers to entry to prevent fraud. As long as they are paying customers they do not provide protection against fraudulent brokers or carriers. This is the 3rd time a fraudulent incident has occurred. I am leaving this review to hopefully encourage them to do something about this. In a previous instance, nothing could be done regarding a fraudulent individual who claimed to be under a broker company. PLEASE PROVIDE SOME BARRIERS TO ENTRY TO PROTECT THE CARRIERS AND BROKERS, YOUR CUSTOMERS!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DAT Load Board? Most widely used loadboard on the market. 3PLs are almost obligated to use DAT to stay competitive in the freight marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DAT Load Board? They are essentially the "Craigslist" of the freight world and allow many double brokers and scam artists to use their platform. DAT takes zero responsibility for their platform driving up fraud issues. In addition- during a down market they are raising their rates on small businesses in some cases 45% without delivering any more value to their customer base.
