We have data living in a lot of different places and it's all dependent on whether it's marketing vs product, process vs ideation, etc. etc. Dashworks helps our team find data without needing to spend endless time searching through different systems (which often distracts our team and they give up anyways). I live in slack and so the ability to easily query the tool without having to navigate away to another interface is really important to me. We're a writing and documentation heavy culture. So much information lives in Notion. However the Notion search functionality is lacking. So the ability to easily query Dashworks in normal language has been crucial for my role. Particularly during the onboarding period (i'm a new employee). 9 times out of 10 I can get an answer to my question without having to bother another employee. When I struggle with confiruation or setup issues it will source out docs from any of our integrated platforms and return support documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Dashworks? Not really a dislike, but a small suggestion of improvement. I didn't notice that I needed to manually do a process on their website to add the documents needed for search. I thought the company setup would add them for everyone. That way, it took me a while to realize that I was trying to use it without any real info. This could be warned by the tool itself when trying to use without documents.
