We have so much content and this tool makes it easy for employees to get quick and concise answers to many different types of questions across our departments. Dashworks is constantly improving and I noticed that the more we use it more accurate the answers are becoming! I would love to be able to see the questions that people are asking so we can make sure we have the correct content in our databases. I think Dashworks is very cool and is able to help with a lot of idea building that wasn't possible before. I can search through our apps and find information from deep in our sources. It has helped find obscure docs and conversations that would've been hard to find otherwise. I think it's strong suit is email creation and writing. It helps knock out time in initial research for projects and can summarize large blocks of text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Dashworks? Not the most accurate in terms of search tool which was what our initial use case was. I wish it could deduce things a bit more. Sometimes I don't know why it is suggesting some of the things it is suggesting. There can be some work to be done on how we can teach the AI how to provide accurate answers. We were trying to have an intranet system, but instead went with something that had enterprise search. It also fulfilled a separate need for a Chat GPT like tool to help us with drafting content.
