DashThis is a great software we've used to automate our agency reporting. It's fast and easy to create meaningful dashboards, without being restrictive in the number of metrics and information they can show. I'd love to see more functional 'template' dashboards. This is an opportunity for future improvement. Also, more integrations is always a bonus, particularly with task management style softwares to pull internal reports into dashboards.

The Google sheets integration was a big game changer - was very keen for this to happen and it did. There seem like some bugs but great to see progress.

It's frustrating to need to switch a data source quickly and have to reach out. For a spell, the contact form wasn't working as well and I had no way to know that my requests weren't coming through. Chat functionality would be better.

Unable to be flexible with the types of reports we're doing dates wise. It'd be nice to be able to change the dates to weeks or years within our dashboards without having to build an entire report. Especially when your reports are already full, there isn't much flexibility.

Simple, clean designs that make complex data digestible to our clients & internal staff. A great way to monitor the progress of our efforts and the impact of various tactics that utilize multiple 3rd-party platforms. INtegration is easy, fast, and data visualizers can be customized.

I've tried a lot of different reporting platforms in my time and have been discouraged by their learning curves. Dashthis gives you a personal point of contact who can walk you through set-up and implementation and is so quick to respond. My favorite aspect of Dashthis is the clean design of the dashboard organizer and the process of integrating outside platforms is SO easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Slight lack of customization and design options. Kind of a pay-to-make-it-your-own-style platform. There aren't enough options for pricing plans in my personal opinion. We opted for 25 dashboards and really need like, 30 or 40 but not quite 50. The customer service from DashThis has been absolutely incredible. Our account manager Michaël is always on hand to help us with any questions or queries we have about DashThis and gave us a very thorough demo of how to use the dashboards for our needs. We also love the fact that we can create simple, but effective password protected dashboards to give to our customers, which helps us to show off the statistics we have generated for them. The pre-set time periods can't be changed once they're set up, and sometimes a single campaign requires multiple reports -- one for ongoing monthly reporting, then another to summarize the entire period

Overall that's a minor complaint, I've suggested to the company going to custom date ranges, and they were receptive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very affordable for us to be able to provide metrics. I love the ability to white label our reports. When we switched (over a year ago), our clients raved about the new reports. How clean they were and the graphics were easy to read.

Even if you don't "love", DashThis - how could you not - their customer service is the best. The reps go out of their way to make sure that you get the metrics you need, help you in a jam. Our CS rep will typically get back within minutes, if not an hour for any question I've had. They are constantly rolling out new features and tweaking current features to make it more user-friendly for users.

You can pretty much do anything in DashThis. Reports for almost any metric. In fact, in one dashboard I provided complete campaign numbers for LinkedIn, Facebook, Google My Business, Google Analytics, AND email. Phew, it was a big job, but I was able to do all of it within my DashThis dashboard.

It currently doesn't integrate with HubSpot. I could prob do a workaround and download a CSV and upload, but I currently manually adjust a widget each week to include on my reports. Some of the more granules (like really drill down) for Google Ads, you can't get. For instance, we can do by the city, but not by the time of day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
