What I like best about DashThis is how simple and intuitive the platform is. It takes complex analytics data from multiple integrations and organizes it into clear, easy-to-read dashboards that make reporting much more efficient. This has saved our team significant time and improved performance by eliminating the need to manually compile reports. The dashboards are easy for leadership teams and board members to understand, allowing them to track key metrics and monitor results in real time. DashThis also provides strong value for the cost, making it a worthwhile investment for organizations that need streamlined, professional reporting. The area where DashThis truly stands out is customer support. It is, without a doubt, the best customer support experience I have ever had with a software platform. Not only does the team respond incredibly quickly to questions and requests, but they also take the time to meet with you at no additional cost to ensure you understand the product and are getting the most out of it. They work with your specific needs, provide personalized guidance, and help identify areas where additional training might be useful. I especially want to recognize Alaric. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care for customers have been exceptional. To be honest, a big reason I chose DashThis was because of how positive my experience was working with him from the start. What do you dislike about DashThis? If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be the AI features. Like many AI tools currently on the market, they are still a work in progress and can occasionally be inconsistent or produce analyses that require a bit of review. That said, I see this more as a reflection of where AI technology is today rather than a limitation unique to DashThis. Even with those occasional hiccups, I find the AI integration useful. It can quickly compare datasets, identify trends, and provide insights that help guide further analysis. For me, DashThis solves the challenge of turning large amounts of marketing and communications data into something that is easy to understand and share with others. In my role, I need to report on performance across multiple channels and provide updates to leadership, board members, and other stakeholders. I use DashThis for internal reporting for leadership. I have two dashboards because we have two websites, so it helps me to present the data in a digestible format for leadership. DashThis pulls data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile, (this is what we use, there are many more options) and it allows me to organize the data in a way that paints a picture for leadership on how each site is doing as it relates to organic overall traffic, keywords, anything that we need to know that shows us how we're doing on our campaigns. This way leadership doesn't need to understand how to read data from the sources, and can view at a glance how our marketing efforts are doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DashThis? The ONLY thing I wish they had was the ability to choose exactly where you want a newly created widget to be placed in the dashboard sections without having to drag them from the bottom of the screen to where you want them. When adding a new widget, it seems to default at the bottom and then you drag it to where you want to place it. Once you drag a couple, the system will then drop the rest next to the others. It’s saving me a ton of time because I no longer have to pull reports from GA4, GSC, GBP, and social channels and then compile everything into a single report. After I set up the dashboard layout, it’s basically “set and forget,” unless I decide to add something later. The flexibility to customise reports for each client's needs is a huge plus for me. I find it easy to show important metrics and allow clients to access their data, which helps them stay updated. The ability to import CRM data has made a big difference too. I really love the new customisation features and rules. Their support has been consistently reliable, with the same person, Alaric (along with their whole support team), always ready to help, providing kind and super helpful assistance over the years. I love the simplicity and ease of use, which feels intuitive to pick up, almost like an Apple product. This makes it a great option for agencies, as it doesn't require someone highly technical to manage it, unlike other expensive and complex tools that I have tried. I also appreciate their customer support's ability to customise packages to suit specific needs. Just working in advertising, I send weekly updates and I'll send it via screenshots rather than just using DashThis. Your dashboards are fantastic; they're easy to understand and facilitate rapid information sharing, and the application itself is excellent for business analysis. My approach to presenting and analyzing the effectiveness of my marketing initiatives has been completely transformed by its data visualization and reporting capabilities. Since I started using it, I have a single view of all my key KPIs by consolidating data from many sources. Some basic features are missing, such as the ability to drag the chart to focus on a specific area or to view a specific number by scrolling over the comparison line. With Dashthis, we can automate reporting; for example, I can set up automatic reports to be delivered to my team and clients at certain intervals. This keeps everyone updated on the status of our campaigns and saves us time. Not only can we create dashboards for our clients, but we can also report on any marketing related event.
