It would be great to easily copy-paste sections and make changes to current dashboards when adding a new campaign, without having to do everything manually. **What problems is DashThis solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find DashThis intuitive and reliable, making it easy to build professional client-facing dashboards. Rather than having to open multiple programs and sift through all of their windows, DashThis has it all available for us to review. We are also able to customize what metrics and analytics we can see with a robust set of widgets. **What do you dislike about DashThis?** The weakness of DashThis is that it requires knowledge of the other programs it's pulling information from. If someone on our team is unfamiliar with one of the programs that DashThis is presenting, it can lead to some reporting issues. We had been using the software for little over a year and it had proven itself as a time-saving tool. I would only recommend DashThis to people and teams who have the time to learn the functionality of DashThis in order to get the most of it. **What do you dislike about DashThis?** We've always seemed to have a few issues with exporting as PDF's, particularly with the formatting of our comments in reports. The ability for more custom designs without paying more for custom design / white label means we probably would have been retained further. Any other issues we have had have been fixed very promptly and professionally by our account manager. **Recommendations to others considering DashThis:** Ensure you take the time to learn about all the powerful features of the software.
