Recommendations to others considering DashClicks:

Expect a broken and bulky platfrom. The customer service is ONLY on the tickets. Even if you call them or as for a call back they won't talk to you. They have this annoying chat bot that doesn't do much to be honest. My account manager makes me second guess myself (gaslighting) by saying no one else is having the same problem as me. What do you like best about DashClicks?

The price. I had tried a competitor and they were very expensive and hard to set up. DashClicks is pretty intuitive so you can get the basics up and running pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had an issue with setting up the phone number for text messaging and couldn't get it to work. I'm hoping to get it fixed soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had upwards to 40 questions. The sales rep was good but didn't handle questions. I was gonna buy product anyway. I thought there was a onboarding which I was told I could bring my questions that was not the case. My questions are answered but over time and alot to do with Ryan helping.
