## DashClicks Reviews
  ### 1. Dashclicks is a scam, dont walk, run away from them.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about DashClicks?**

I only "like" the idea of Dashclicks as it would be a great business model. The problem is they have no quality assurance, and seemingly no real experience with the deliverables.

**What do you dislike about DashClicks?**

Where do I even start? In under 2 months they have:

-Broken the navigation of one of my client sites that has been perfectly fine for over a year. Suddenly now the navigation bar which they had no business messing with is totally ruined and i had to fix at my own expense.

-Their email notification system is paramount to communication with the so called team. However, since day 1 the link in each email does not bring me to the message on the project and its up to me to filter through each one and see what may be waiting on me. Regardless of my complaints they never attempted to troubleshoot or fix this issue.

- They published at least one blog post to a client site that has nothing to do with their work or business. This can harm seo and the client trust.

-They offered me a keyword list for a client that was actually for another business entirely. Ooops they said, common mistake.

-They included a backlink for a backlink package that doesn't even exist. The site is not taking new listings at all.

- The keyword research for another project contained completely erroneous kw in it that no SEO would ever dare share with a client.

Bottom line is that this service is trash. Yes its cheap, no you cannon grow a reputable agency by using dashclicks for backend support period.

**Recommendations to others considering DashClicks:**

Dont walk, RUN from these scam artists. Even my ragtag team of VA's I had was 100% better than this.

**What problems is DashClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dashclicks would have solved offering me a white label backend for my digital marketing agency if they actually knew what they were doing.

  ### 2. Toxic and Manupulative

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about DashClicks?**

Cost but it comes at a price. I am looking else where

**What do you dislike about DashClicks?**

Customer service
Their online platform
Notifications don't send
Toxic staff

**Recommendations to others considering DashClicks:**

Expect a broken and bulky platfrom. The customer service is ONLY on the tickets. Even if you call them or as for a call back they won't talk to you. They have this annoying chat bot that doesn't do much to be honest. My account manager makes me second guess myself (gaslighting) by saying no one else is having the same problem as me.

**What problems is DashClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ads-- but barely

  ### 3. Total rip off.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon S. | Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2020

**Describe the project or task DashClicks helped with:**

I used Dash Clicks on two occasions for social media fulfillment. My orders were never 100% fulfilled, and instead of refunding my credit card, they placed a credit on my account. I used the credit for a second fulfillment, and was again let down. I have a credit on my account that is not even worth using because they can't do the job right.

**What do you like best about DashClicks?**

The platform seems promising, but expectation is different from reality.

**What do you dislike about DashClicks?**

The social media fulfillment is terrible. The billing is pretty much a rip off. They don't refund cards for their mistakes - they only issue credits on accounts.

**Recommendations to others considering DashClicks:**

I'd recommend other fulfillment providers for social media.

**What problems is DashClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zero problems were solved. I was hoping to have consistent social media posts, but all they did was copy and paste content from my website with different pictures. Yes, I had the same post made twice weeks apart, but with different pictures, as if I wouldn't notice.

  ### 4. Marketers Warned

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2020

**Describe the project or task DashClicks helped with:**

Creating instant websites and creating instant reports....

**What do you like best about DashClicks?**

The ability to provide an all in one dashboard for our clients, including fulfillment services. They have a great agency platform, sold their first free sites in the trial version. Been using it for over a year and love it.

**What do you dislike about DashClicks?**

I have hesitated to write this review, but feel it is necessary to share my experience. While we continue to use DC Service for fulfillment, the quality of their service has been consistently disappointing. It appears that the company's rapid growth has outpaced its ability to effectively staff and train their team, resulting in subpar work and inadequate quality checks. This is particularly evident in their handling of Google PPC ads; our ads intended for a small US retail market are being inefficiently distributed globally, unnecessarily depleting our advertising budget.

Furthermore, their recent overhaul of the support system, which was intended to improve service, has unfortunately felt like a regression rather than progress. Given these issues, we are compelled to explore other options that better align with the needs of a growing marketing company. DC Service may still suit smaller enterprises or individual entrepreneurs, but it does not meet the standards required for more significant scale operations that prioritize robust customer support.

**Recommendations to others considering DashClicks:**

No way

**What problems is DashClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing

  ### 5. Update: Lacking in Customer Service for Small Agencies

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** HybridHELIX C. | Executive Strategy Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2020

**Describe the project or task DashClicks helped with:**

SEO services, Social Media Services, Website Design, and Website Hosting

**What do you like best about DashClicks?**

I really like their instasite service, as it's a super quick way of launching a client website and it provides a robust web builder (w/Duda)

**What do you dislike about DashClicks?**

Social Media team fell thru on our first client with them. Charged me twice for a website due to a technical error - and didn't take accountability, no refund.

**Recommendations to others considering DashClicks:**

Communication is key. Talk to them about your needs and be very clear on your expectations. If you don't hold the quality expectations on your end first, you will be disappointed. Also I do not suggest participating in their "beta" programs as usually, it will end up in way more headache than it is worth. Not only did we get double billed on purpose due to one of their technical glitches (that they refused to refund even when I sent a message to their CEO who literally tried to pass me to someone else and then just ignored me) - but they also don't keep features that you are "grandfathered" into. They even lie in the webinars they have, where they promise certain things will work one way - then when that doesn't work out that way - they don't bother to fix it. Also if you buy any of the instasites - QUALITY CHECK IT ....every page...before you pass it to a client. They often have whole paragraphs of content that don't make any sense or apply to the wrong industry. We also asked them for an ADA compliant website and never received a statement of verification on this. They don't listen to a lot of the stuff you send them.

**What problems is DashClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only thing Dashclicks is useful for is website hosting with their awesome prebuilt templates. I wouldn't trust them with other services.

  ### 6. Fraudulent agency

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Subham C. | Freelance Copywriter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2021

**Describe the project or task DashClicks helped with:**

Typical article write-ups

**What do you like best about DashClicks?**

Nothing to be honest. The HR did was prompt in sending the assignment, though

**What do you dislike about DashClicks?**

Apart from the fact that the work I did was pretty much moot, there's nothing much

**What problems is DashClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure if has a centralized administration

  ### 7. All bark and zero substance

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2021

**Describe the project or task DashClicks helped with:**

Writing blog articles

**What do you like best about DashClicks?**

Interesting business idea that they have

**What do you dislike about DashClicks?**

The work is farmed out to shoddy subcontractors. Blog articles are terrible. They insist on adding the same couple paragraphs about you or your company to each blog so they can reduce the unique copy. Plan on getting 1/4 less words out of your article.

**What problems is DashClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None- they constantly trying to upsell you into goofy webinars.

  ### 8. Low Quality Results. Look Elsewhere

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2019

**Describe the project or task DashClicks helped with:**

I signed up with DashClicks because their dashboard seemed easy to navigate and would add a unique selling proposition to my company. I ended up running a Facebook Ads campaign through them and the results were utterly terrible. After 2 weeks and around $1000 spent in ads, we had 2 leads, both of which were outside of the given zip codes. Their dashboard didn’t even work as promised, showing redundancies and incorrect information. The funnel they built was converting at roughly 0.8% and the adjustments they made to the campaigns did not help at all. CPL of $500.... seriously??

**What do you like best about DashClicks?**

Their customer service was ok. They communicate through a slack channel for each of your projects.

**What do you dislike about DashClicks?**

Quality of Work
PPC Experience
Ability to Execute

**Recommendations to others considering DashClicks:**

Look elsewhere. DashClicks is a churn and burn operation. They have thousands of clients and can afford if people stop using them because their quality is mediocre at best.

**What problems is DashClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have realized no benefits and have lost a client.
