I love how easy the Dash Hudson platform is to use for our entire team, from strategists up to Senior Managers. The ability to sort our posts into galleries or boards allows us to dive into what kinds of content is performing well for us and which formats we need to revise or ditch. Very intuitive platform and beautifully simple design. I especially love the AI Summary feature that lets you condense a huge page worth of info into a paragraph. Super helpful when rushing for a meeting to give top line updates on how the socials are going!Also love the ranking system on the Media Library. Its AI integration predicts what will and will not perform, helping me take guesswork out of my job! :)
Not to mention, the amazing customer service! Our account manager - Ryan is also a ball of fun to chat with and SOOOOOOOOO quick and dedicated to the role! He replies me in an instant even though he's based in another timezone! When I was pitching Dash Hudson to the senior leaders, Ryan provided me with ALL the information I needed, all the case studies and went above and beyond to help me close the deal with our team :) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars all around! Only thing would be the in-platform customer service. When I previously used Brandwatch, the customer service rep that I'd chat with is also a Product Specialist and can provide immediate technical support. There are many features I love about DH such as multi platform scheduling, ability to easily tag and filter comments and messages, the competitor overview, easy ability to duplicate posts to other platforms and the library function to easily find and organize UGC. My biggest issue with DH is it can be quite buggy. I've had issues with posts not going live even though DH says it's live or even vice versa where it says a post didn't go live but it did. I've also had issues with our responses not showing in the community section which leads to us accidentally responding more than once. I wish that the emoji feature would stay open after selecting an emoji so I don't have to keep opening it to write multiple emojis. I wish there was a feature to have saved captions and hashtags. Some other things I'd like to see improved are: being able to schedule YouTube videos in DH, better story scheduling, searchable tags in library, and auto approving content by users who have been approved before. I wish there was a way to combine all of our handles into one to look at analytics holistically. i also don't like that we can sort reels by total plays.
