Darwinbox provides a comprehensive and user-friendly HR platform that covers the entire employee lifecycle in one place. The interface is intuitive, workflows are highly configurable, and automation significantly reduces manual HR effort. Features like performance management, leave and attendance, payroll integration, and analytics are well designed and easy to use. The platform is scalable and works well for growing organizations, and the customer support team is responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Darwinbox is feature-rich, some advanced configurations and custom reports require a learning curve. Occasionally, certain modules could benefit from deeper documentation and more self-service guidance. Minor UI improvements and faster enhancements in reporting flexibility would make the experience even better, but these do not significantly impact overall usability. I like how Darwinbox allows me to easily manage my punch in and punch out, and handle my payslips conveniently. Everything like communication and attendance can be marked in the Go Tab in the box. It’s great that you can raise a ticket or reimbursement request directly through the platform without needing to send manual emails. I find the software pretty smooth, and it's simple and easy to use, making it user-friendly, even for new joiners. I also appreciate the ease of implementing Darwinbox, as it was 100% straightforward to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I guess, the only thing that doesn't work is a few of the things when it comes to attendance. Sometimes it lags a bit. And, actually, after even signing up, it shows that you have not punched in, and it shows you as absent. That is the major area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked the tax calculation module which was easy and payslip part was good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Absolutely hate the UI and the performance review module is really bad. We used a different tool for PMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to use menu page, the OCR feature that helps auto enter receipt details for reimbursements, pay slips features, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When a new feature is introduced or a workflow is changed, we do not get an update and have to figure out on our own. This can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Darwinbox brings everything HR-related into one easy-to-use platform.
It has the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, attendance, and exit.
Its mobile approach is the best and one can easily handle things like leave, attendance, and reviews.
It is flexible and allows customize workflows. It is also a good time saver for the HR teams. It is modern, user-friendly, and built for real-world HR needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform provides a wide range of features, but I find it somewhat complex to use. At times, it can be slow, particularly when accessed on a mobile device. While it does offer customization options, setting them up requires extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Consolidates every aspect of team management, leave management, payslips, IT declaration etc into one tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Clunky UI and very buggy. UI looks like a school project. Sometimes some features don't even work as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Darwinbox is a very powerful and flexible HRMS platform that allows end-to-end HR process management—from recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to payroll and employee engagement. The biggest strength is its high degree of customization; it can be tailored for complex organizational needs. The mobile app is also quite handy for employees, enabling self-service actions like leave applications, approvals, and quick access to payslips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI/UX could be more modern and intuitive. Some processes feel a bit click-heavy, and first-time users often require training to navigate effectively. Integration with third-party systems is improving, but still not always seamless. Reporting dashboards could be more visually appealing and provide deeper analytics without heavy customization. What I like about Darwinbox is its modern interface and how easily it consolidates HR functions into one single place, which makes it simpler to manage everything in one spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it gets slow during peak working hours, especially for tasks like attendance marking and payroll processing, which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Darwinbox to be user-friendly and a fast working tool. I like how I can access everything in one tool, which is super convenient. The approval process is very easy, allowing me to see the status of my leave, whether it's approved, declined, or pending. It was also very easy to set up as I didn't have to enter many details; just one click and login through Gmail made it incredibly simple. Everything works fast and good, which is something I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
