It is an one stop destination to many things like attandace and leave tracking, pay roll details, compensation details and performance reviews as well. Problem Solving: 1- Daily attendance checking; giving an alert on email for absences and leave. 2- Approval alerts 3- Tax filling. 4- Interview recommendation form filling, which helps HR do the entire task on at single page. 5- Team attendance checking; applying for leave on their behalf. 6- Shift management of the reportee. I also really like that there's a mobile application which makes it even easier to use and keep track of your day to day login activities. As I am in the HR team, a HRMS place a very important part in our work. It's been almost 2 years since I am using it and my life has become so easy as I don't have to keep a track of multiple repositories. It takes care of overall employee lifecycle in just few clicks. There are multiple places where the Backend team can to make the experience more seamless and friendly. One of the recommendation will be if possible they should work the recruitment model.
