What do you like best about Darktrace / EMAIL?

What do you dislike about Darktrace / EMAIL?

The service is certainly not the cheapest, but the positives outweigh the negatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Darktrace / EMAIL solving and how is that benefiting you?

Darktrace Email is reducing the risk in the business for rogue emails arriving into the business. The amount of spam emails has dropped significantly and the end user doesn't even notice the reduced numbers as they only receive the messages that are important to them. There is obviously a "grey area" where emails are in that middle space where the system isn't sure about the links or information that is contained in the message. In this instance, it replaces the links with a safelink that redirects the user to raise a support ticket to release the links should this happen in error - and the important part of this is that the system learns from the requests. What do you like best about Darktrace / EMAIL?

This application is straightforward to configure and removes pretty much all the junk from a user's inbox.

After using it for months, we have no complaints from our end-users and are receiving no reports from our end users regarding junk in their inbox! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Darktrace / EMAIL?

The pricing of Darktrace products is always an exciting point to look at.

Not really much to dislike, maybe the lack of functionality to integrate into the outlook application on windows an mac. However, this seems to be resolved in 2023. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Darktrace / EMAIL?

The best part about Darktrace Antigena Email is that it works with AI. This makes the lifes of security analists much easier.

Traditional email blocking solutions work with block lists where the known bad senders are collected.

Antigena Email is able to block new threats immediately as it works with known behaviour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Darktrace / EMAIL?

Sometimes it will block something that an employee does want to receive.

Usually those emails will be a bit suspicious so it's understandable that it blocks it.

Fortunately it's easy to release emails and make learning exceptions within Antigena Email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There arent any dislikes for Antigena. It does exactly what we purchased it for and it does it well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Darktrace / EMAIL solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having issues where our CEO's emails were spoofed. Employees would receive emails from the CEO requesting they call him, set up a wire, request funds, all kinds of things. We configured our email security appliance to block these emails but to no avail. Once we put Antigena in place, we successfully blocked spoofed emails. What do you like best about Darktrace / EMAIL?

Antigina is an effective, easy-to-use, second opinion defence system that ensures that if some phishing email is not blocked from Outlook/Microsoft, it will still detect it and block it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
