Dark Web ID allows you to pull a single report or monitor your domains. The reports can be a great tool for generating business. The monitoring helps you keep a pulse on new information makeing it's way out to bad places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Anti-Phishing doesn't work, Training modules are limited"

Email notification when credentials are found on the Dark Web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dark Web ID?

The phishing simulation emails don't display properly, links don't work, and render that portion of the software pretty useless. I was told that new training content was added frequently. Not one new training module (in English anyway) has been added since we subscribed four months ago Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dark Web ID:

Don't place much value on the BullphishID portion of the service (phishing simulation and training). If you only intend to use the Dark Web scanning/notification portion then it should meet your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dark Web ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our intention was to use the phishing simulations and end-user security training components. We wanted to resell the services to our customers. However, due to its limitations and issues we cannot. We wanted to cancel the subscription, but once you're locked into their 12-month contract they will not let you out. Account reps and customer service just stopped responding to us.
