What do you like best about Dark Web ID?

It's simple to use, and it's an incredible pre-sales tool. Being able to quickly show a client how many of hteir passwords are out htere and available is basically an instant sale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dark Web ID?

There are a few features on the roadmap still that are needed. Once these are implemented it will be a 10/10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dark Web ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

Credential compromise is the #1 cause of cyber security incidents. DarkWebID helps monitor for this. Importantly, it helps when there is a major leak from a 3rd party website...it's amazing how many staff use their work email address to sign up for websites etc, and reuse the same passwords. Revealing clients that require additional training or auditing of their browsing habits causing many compromises to appear. These clients often stick out like a sore thumb in the DarkWeb ID portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Compromise reports often display an email with a client's domain but no other valuable information. This causes unnecessary noise and can water down reports that contain important information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dark Web ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

Darkweb ID reveals accounts at risk of compromise or clients with many accounts at risk. Another helpful feature is the information provided in the Compromise reports that describe how a client compares to other organizations of similar size or function. What do you dislike about Dark Web ID?

The ability to synchronize active users or accounts vs those we can ignore is a feature coming for Active Directory. I do also want it for AzureAD and others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dark Web ID?

As an MSP we value all our clients security, and DarkWeb form a valuable part of our security suite which identifies clients compromised emails and passwords. It enables us to protect our clients users by changing or removing the compromised accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dark Web ID?

Not really a dislike, but would love more integration with other Kaseya/Datto RMM or Saas tools to make sure compromised accounts have backups and machines are secure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
