Danori doesn’t give you more to manage. It manages more for you. Danori is an iPhone app for solo builders: independent GCs, residential builders, and remodelers running jobs with no office staff. When everything runs through you, every job ends up living in your head. Danori keeps it in one place. What it does: Texts your subs who, when, and where. They reply Y to confirm, N to decline, or R to ask for a new date. No app or login for them. Sends reminders to confirmed subs and flags anyone who hasn’t confirmed. Nothing on the schedule moves until you approve it. Set a backup sub if your first pick can’t make it. Your dashboard shows what needs you today, plus every job’s schedule and money at a glance. Estimates, change orders, and job costs, so you can see what a job is making before it’s finished. A client progress page with the photos you choose. No money shown. You make the decisions. Danori handles the coordination. What it doesn’t do: invoices, client payments, QuickBooks, or time cards. Pricing: Small Operator is $99/month for up to 5 projects. Large Operator is $149/month for unlimited projects. Yearly plans get two months free. The first month is free. iPhone only, available in the US.
