It is very intuitive and easy to use for the construction team. I also like the smoothness of the platform moving models and cloud points. Other great advantage is the flexibility that the platform offers where you can create and personalize any formulary, task... with all the fields that you want. **What do you dislike about Dalux?** I would like to have more features included in the PRO version in the actual Field version. I would also improve the module of infraestructrures with more interactions the the map areas playing a lot with gps. I think that the 360 captures and the pictures captures have to be more agile. That areas need to be improved with direct access to capture pictures. I find that creating a direct access in the mobile phone to the camera in dalux would be great for the people in the construction site so they can directly take pictures and locate in the maps within 2 clicks. **What problems is Dalux solving and how is that benefiting you?** Distribution of hte information. With very simple technical tools you are able to build really custom complex processes. I love too their vision for completing the product with its integration with cutting edge technology, such as BIM, GIS, 360 photos or Augmented Reality. **What do you dislike about Dalux?** I don't like that the tools seem to be developed by completely different teams, and sometimes there are no much seamless connection between them. I don't like the fact that the final user needs to know which tool the administrator has used for developing the process. For the final user, it would be much more effective to have a department-oriented look and feel, rather than a Dalux Tool-oriented experience. **What problems is Dalux solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dalux is really versatile, you can manage processes not only for the construction teams but for contract management, quality or procurement departments. It is a very easy-to-use native IFC CDE (common data environment), highly configurable yet very powerful. The BIM model viewer is very fast, and it can manage multiple projects with ease (even switching from one project to another is very quick). The interface is really smart, with few buttons where needed. The document approval flow is also excellently managed through flow models based on customizable user groups and approval flow activation triggers, which are in turn based on "file status" and "folders," both of which are also customizable. The naming rules impose significant order and rigor on users, and access rights to the storage system can be managed in a granular way. The meeting module, clash detection module, and the recent integration with Office 365 are very useful. **What do you dislike about Dalux?** It would be appreciated by our organization, which manages many small-scale projects (like ours), to be able to import project flow templates among the project standards as well. **What problems is Dalux solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company has excellently solved the problem of managing the approval flow of graphic drafts and project documents. Every time a question arises while making a template a save might be needed since answers might not come directly. This can cause that you are on version 10 before the template is finished. There are ways around it but it annoys me. - It is also impossible to test the template, an example of the end result can be shown but there is no button to fill in a dummy form out of the template to check if everything is shown as expected. **What problems is Dalux solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am new in the business but I can see there is a lot of enthousiasm for the speeding up of the communication, diminishing the amount of communication needed and the clearification of the communication ### 29. Update of the model to geolocate and link to the objects the different tasks/checklists. The construction project hasn't started completely so the implementation is not at is full. When checklists are made, from "finish-built" inspection, we sometimes find errors that are documented with Dalux as tasks. Our problem occurs when we create a new checklist in the same e.g appartement or bathroom. This time we create the "handover" - checklist, but we have to migrate our tasks. We would like to have copy, or at least, trace of the tasks that were in the first checklist. Traceability is important in a legal case. I appreciate the clear menu and the minimum of unnecessary things to set up. I like minimalist design in programs and this one fully meets that. I have gone through setting up CDE systems like Oracle, 4Project, Trimble, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Bentley. They are all robust systems that provide the same service, but the setup takes time and consumes unnecessary effort. **What do you dislike about Dalux?** There is nothing worth mentioning to me. I use what is offered and don't try to be more Catholic than the Pope. A hundred people have a hundred tastes, so I don't see a fundamental thing that I would point out as something I don't like. **What problems is Dalux solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solves the CDE problem according to ČSN EN ISO 19650 without exception. Other providers do not have the standard implemented unambiguously and circumvent it in various ways. Dalux has it implemented unambiguously, without debate and evasions.
