**What do you like best about Dakota Marketplace?**

Insights and investor documents were ultimately useful once found, but the journey to locate them was unnecessarily complex and time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about Dakota Marketplace?**

I had a frustrating experience with the application as much of the information was excessive making it difficult to navigate efficiently. The user interface, which sits on top of Salesforce, feels somewhat disjointed and not entirely optimized for a seamless experience. While their support team is responsive, they focus on basic troubleshooting rather than providing meaningful guidance or strategic solutions. Overall, the complexity of the platform and the lack of intuitive design make it challenging to use effectively.

conference calls, emails, software was easy to use, good for public plans

too much public plan focus, not super helpful for corporate retirement plans
