Sadly many live paycheck to paycheck and payday doesn't come soon enough. Daily Pay allows our staff to take an advance, without negatively impacting them in the long run. We love that it doesn't force you into the negative or leave you with no paycheck in the end, you can only take an advance on a certain portion. Also there is NOTHING for our internal staff to do. It doesn't just give you money upfront it only pays what you have earned. Example - a few days after your normal pay you won't be getting much but nearer to your next pay you get more. The amount is deducted from your next pay. **What do you dislike about DailyPay?** It can lead people into a false sense of security having more money. We had 2 experiences in my work of having employees keep requesting and spending and not having enough come pay day to live so it was a constant loop for them. We had issues where the pay advance isn't much if you are paid monthly on a 2 week prior / 2 week in advance. **What problems is DailyPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was using this as both a user and an organiser in HR. Keeping employees happy with monthly pay can be hard but this gives them the option of accessing some pay when needed. We were using 2 competitors products' before but management and fees in daily pay was better for both employer and employees. ### 31. This is an employee opt in program and is not only easy for the employee to utilize but also easy to implement by the employer. **What do you dislike about DailyPay?** Although early access to earned wages can appear to be irresponsible use of funds, this is for the employee to decide and manage. **Recommendations to others considering DailyPay:** Easy to implement with plenty of support from configuration, training, rollout to use. **What problems is DailyPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** With 45% enrollment in the first quarter of rollout, employees clearly appreciate this benefit. Employees are now able to access their earned wages in time of need. ### 36. Daily Pay has allowed me to get them taken care of in a timely manner. ### 37. DailyPay offers excellent support for our people, and through training for our users. **What do you dislike about DailyPay?** There is not much to dislike. The benefit has no downside and working with DailyPay has been extremely easy and fruitful for all involved. **What problems is DailyPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit we have seen is our Team Members being able to monitor their income daily. The amount borrowed is then paid back at the end of your pay period. DailyPay is good for when you have a bill due before the end of the pay period. **What do you dislike about DailyPay?** Some companies do not communicate with DailyPay, which can lead to issues in borrowing. You can generally solve this by ensuring the payroll is made aware. **Recommendations to others considering DailyPay:** Just double check that your Company's payroll department knows that you have elected to use DailyPay's services. **What problems is DailyPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** DailyPay helps provide an option to make sure your bills stay current so you can focus on just working.
