Daily pay makes it easy for associates to take advantage of their earned funds early. We also like cycle - the ability to pay associates daily for missed payroll items or bonuses. We also had to go through finance to cut live checks when there were payroll errors, now the team can be self sufficient and pay them directly through cycle AND it is direct deposit. Very minimal involvement needed in the day to day operations of the benefit. It was easy to implement and DailyPay's Customer Service satisfies most of our employees questions. My contact Taylor makes everything so simple and explains everything with such great detail. This program has done great for a lot of our employees. They have been able to pay bills on time or get out of a situation they wouldn't have been able to without Dailypay. Customer support is always quick to respond and find a solution to the problem. Our employees really enjoy the eayness, convience and the number of features there is avaible to them. It is super easy for them to sign up and get started. An upside of using DailyPay is that the app is easy to use and customer support is a phone call away. Our rep Andrew is fantastic to work with as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DailyPay? The only downside is if an employee is used to early pay at their bank, with DailyPay this goes away. Our employees love this benefit and it has been extremely helpful with recruiting and retention. It has also been beneficial in getting people in the quick pay states paid timely when they leave the company. Implementation was easy and the support we receive is great. We set up reports to be sent from our payroll system (uKG) and they go automatically every day so there is no added work on our part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DailyPay? The only downside we have faced is more with employees not understanding that if they want to make a change to the accounts they are using and they have signed up with DailyPay that they need to contact them directly. We cannot make changes in the payroll system if they are using DailyPay. Other than this, everything is working just fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is DailyPay solving and how is that benefiting you? Adding DailyPay as a benefit has assisted the HR team with recruiting and we believe it has helped with retention. The employees who use it love that they can get paid for each shift they work if they need it early. We are now able to make off-cycle payroll payments using direct deposit to help us pay people in the quick pay states where payment is due on the last day of work. It has cut down on the expenses of having to issue checks and overnight them to all of those people. If they have direct deposit, we are able to pay them through DailyPay.
