Daily Bot has been a handy tool for task management in my team these past months. All team members fill up their daily tasks so we all know what we are all working on. Since we all work on the same project, this helps us make the work more efficient. This also helps us know the workload each team member has, if someone logs in many tasks and another team member has more free time we offer our help. Dailybot seamlessly integrates with Slack to deliver a great platform for scheduling and recording regular touchpoints. Onboarding is very quick; just log in using Slack oauth. After the bot is installed in Slack, you can start to schedule meetings using the Dailybot dashboard. There are lots of wizards and default templates to get you started. The documentation is complete, and the bot offers up videos in slack to highlight new features. The free tier works well to understand and test out most of the functionality. The UI for setting up touchpoints is a bit busy; perhaps it would be more user-friendly by hiding some of the various options. For example, having different views of all the scheduled touchpoints would be nice.
