dAI Pro turns the knowledge in websites, PDFs, Office files, Confluence, SharePoint, databases and mailboxes into AI chat and AI search. Every answer is based only on the customer's own content and shows its sources. It can be used on the website, in the intranet, in a customer portal or in support, where requests get a drafted reply with sources. Nine agents keep the knowledge base current, report gaps and test answer quality against a fixed set of questions. Each customer gets a dedicated instance with its own database, hosted in the EU. The language model (Mistral, Claude, GPT or Gemini) is selectable per collection and can be switched without re-indexing. Model costs are logged in euros and paid directly to the provider without markup. The chat window meets WCAG 2.2. Suited to mid-sized companies, manufacturers and associations with extensive documentation.
