"Affordable Loom Alternative with Excellent Recording Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Dadan?

I really enjoy using Dadan because it's a great Loom alternative. The full-fledged recorder software works really well and I've never had any issues with it. I find it easy to see what I'm recording and edit it afterward very easily, thanks to the visual feedback it provides. It makes dealing with a ton of videos very easy and it's very easy to organize my video files. I also appreciate the cost which is significantly better compared to Loom's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dadan?

I would say file organization could be a little better thought out, such as being able to see more files on a single page or navigate between files, but, really, that's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile All-in-One tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Dadan?

I love that Dadan offers an easy-to-use all-in-one solution for screen recordings and has an AI meeting assistant. It's constantly growing and improving with new features, and they really listen to their customers. I can set it and forget it with the AI meeting assistant, which I find really convenient. The fact that it offers more features and better customer service than Loom is a big plus for me. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciated a lot. "Efficient Documentation, Needs More Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Dadan?

I like to record the screen and transcribe quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dadan?

I cannot create documents or files directly. I feel a lack of flexibility in the team section and permissions. There are also missing preconfigured or customized AI options. Additionally, at the beginning, the software was very faulty, although it seems they just fixed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feature-Rich Video Recorder with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Dadan?

I really appreciate how responsive the Dadan team is and how quickly they develop new features. Their product development is fast, and they've been successful in implementing numerous features I've requested, like Urdu language transcription and fixing bugs. I love that they have a video editing feature right in the browser and have relaunched their browser extension with noise cancellation. Their Windows app has been revamped quickly, and the support is wonderful. It's evident they value feedback and are focused on improving the product continuously. The addition of features and the quick resolution of bugs like the mobile speed changer and delete button on the single video page has been especially appreciated. Their quick and appreciative support seems truly a wonderful thing, making it feel like the right investment for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dadan?

There were a little big bugs in the platform, in the beginning but they now look resolved. For example, in the beginning, videos got stuck during the upload. However, the folder management system still seems like that it could be a little bit improved. As a team manager and admin, I should be able to see all the videos and folders of my other team members as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dadan Streamlines Viation with Transcript Editing, CTAs, and Forms"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dadan?

I’ve been using Dadan for a while now, and it’s become a key part of my workflow. Being able to record, edit, and share everything in one place keeps the whole process simple and streamlined.

The transcript-based editing is a huge time-saver, and I really like the option to add CTAs and forms directly inside videos.

It’s great for async demos, walkthroughs, and updates. Definitely worth trying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dadan?

Nothing is perfect so far. I haven’t had any problems that are noteworthy yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dadan: Streamlined Video Capturing with Top-Notch Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Dadan?

I like using Dadan to show people certain steps on my screen to teach them how to do stuff, and it saves me a ton of time. I find it much easier and quicker to replicate instructions in the form of a video, recording the screen and talking through it. I appreciate Dadan's customer support and responsiveness, which has been very good. I also value the quick implementation of features that I suggested to the development team, which shows how responsive they are. The browser extension setup is really simple and the installation experience is really clean. Moreover, I enjoy the amazing video editing tools and the integration of AI tools for summarizing meetings and taking meeting notes, none of which my previous tool, Snagit, had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dadan?

Capturing screens in a Windows environment using the desktop app can be very challenging. There have been several issues associated with this option. The browser extension works pretty much flawlessly, but the desktop has bumped into some issues. Dadan is in the process of completely re-writing the desktop version and I look forward to testing it soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate how easy Dadan is to use. The user interface is very modern, which I like a lot. The editing features are really helpful; they make it simple for me to record and edit videos of my screen, which I can quickly produce to help out my clients. The edits are perfect for what I need to get a video to a client or my staff for instruction purposes. I also liked how simple and helpful Dadan has been compared to other products. "Tutorial Creation Made Effortless with Dadan"
5/5
What do you like best about Dadan?

I use Dadan to create tutorials for my team and delegate tasks. I appreciate how it solves my time issue, as I manage a remote team across different time zones and can't always explain things over the phone. Dadan lets me easily send tutorial videos, and it's easy to use. I like its useful features, such as the spotlight feature that highlights my mouse, and the ability to copy and send a video link effortlessly. The UI is really great and easy to use, which shows that they really thought it through. I was surprised at how many options there are for drawing on the screen and using mouse features. The initial setup was extremely easy; I just installed the chrome extension and shared the link with my team. I love this product and would easily recommend it with a 10 out of 10. "Engaging Video CTAs and Interactive Polls That Drive Leads"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dadan?

Adding a clickable call-to-action in the video and live interactions (polls, quizzes, true or false questions). This is keeping the viewer engaged and can lead to direct lead generation, while the video is still being watched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dadan?

The editing part could be worked on - I found it a bit difficult to cut the video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
