The analytical dashboard is the best thing for me because it helps me see how exactly my content gets engagement, assess my audience, and strategically decide what kinds of content to put up. I also like Dadan's ease of use and efficiency. It's user-friendly, beginner-friendly, and not cluttered, making it very easy to navigate. I use Dadan to record product tutorials for internal training at my company. I love the different options to record since I can use the browser extension or the desktop app. I can easily record, edit, and distribute videos to my team members. Dadan still has a long way to go, as it appears to be in its early stages. They really need a dedicated product management team to address existing issues before moving on to the next phase. It might help if they split their remote team into two groups: one focused on new development and the other on fixing current flaws. I have already reported issues to the customer support team, who said they would forward them to the development team.
