Everything works smoothly for me, and the recent improvements—like sharing videos with a preset language version and real-time translation—make it even better. Dadan support is excellent, and in particular, Mayisha Haleema stands out as a top customer support representative. She resolves issues quickly and always treats them as a priority. They really need a dedicated product management team to address existing issues before moving on to the next phase. It might help if they split their remote team into two groups: one focused on new development and the other on fixing current flaws. I have already reported issues to the customer support team, who said they would forward them to the development team. It also addresses the subscription issue, as I was able to get a lifetime deal from AppSumo. As a Loom alternative, I prefer Dadan because of its advanced features and the benefit of a lifetime deal.
