I can connect 1 thing to another easily, from the lead to the appointment and to the vehicle they are interested and it's all relatable to search across any means which is a game changes for me. I can easily set appointments for the leads and it shows the list of available reps at the time and we can transfer the call live which is next gen obviously. The simplicity with which I can search for information either communications or appointments or the vehicles in 1 system and can tie it all together is the best. The appointments confirmation template is sent out automatically I can not edit the template or restrict the confirmation to go out which in my case is necessary. hopefully can get this feature in the next release. I just love the little features the purple owl gives me to keep my data secure. What do you dislike about Dabadu XRM? my templates sometimes just don't want to work which is worse because I depend on them a lot. The leads get a confirmation of the appointment booking the template is generic, I want to set my own so that it sounds like me and that is not an option right now.
