The dashboard feature shows me a great overview of what's going on with my volunteer team. I am able to stay up to date on the events, who is going, page outs that we have, repairs we need to work on, and who is available for deployment at that very moment. One of my major grips is the inability to customize the standard reports. For instance, when looking at the built-in monthly reports, incidents, exercises, and events with the same tracking number are not treated as the same event. Therefore these items get duplicated. The monthly report number ends up not matching what is displayed on the dashboard.
