At our healthcare system, we couldn't be more impressed with D4H Incident Management Suite. From the very beginning, the implementation process was seamless, thanks to their immaculate customer service. The team's expertise ensured that our transition to the platform was smooth and efficient, exceeding our expectations every step of the way.
One of the standout features of D4H is the remarkable customizability of the software. Whether it's adjusting forms, updating status boards, or creating custom workflows, the ability to make real-time changes on the fly has been a game-changer for our operations. Despite its powerful features, the platform is incredibly easy to pick up, even for new staff who have never used an online-based incident management or critical event suite before. Training time has been minimal, and the intuitive interface allows team members to dive right into managing incidents with confidence.
Beyond its primary use in incident management, our staff has been thrilled with the suite's versatility. We've repurposed it for regulatory surveys, safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with state high reliability organization standards in healthcare. The flexibility D4H offers makes it a valuable tool across multiple aspects of our operations.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with the D4H Incident Management Suite. It's become an indispensable part of our workflow, improving our incident management capabilities while also enhancing our broader organizational processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While our experience with D4H Incident Management Suite has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a few minor areas that could be improved. That said, it's worth noting that most of the suggestions or changes we've proposed have already been acknowledged by the D4H team and are either in their development workflow or slated for future updates. Their responsiveness to feedback is truly commendable.
For the few features we need immediately, we’ve managed to find effective workarounds, but it would be ideal to have these built into the system natively. The team has been proactive in providing solutions and ensuring that our needs are met while we await the updates.
Overall, these are small considerations in the grand scheme of things, and we appreciate the fact that D4H continually evolves and adapts to user feedback. We’re confident that the platform will continue to improve in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the things I find most important for us, is the ease of updating a specific incident/event to capture and report out different information, based on the needs of the Incident Commander or AHJ. Having local access to update that on the fly is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Security settings on the Team Manager product are generic and are not able to be customizable based on a users position. This is a security feature we have requested and told it is being worked on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about this software is, how it simplifies real-time coordination during emergencies. It has the ability to track incidents and monitor equipment in one place. Really helps in keeping everything organized and efficient. Also, we love its user-friendly interface as it makes it easy for everyone to stay connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that I dislike about D4H is that some of its advanced features still have a bit of learning curve. It takes time to fully grasp everything, especially for the new users who are not tech savy like me. Also the dependency on internet connectivity sometime becomes an issue, specially in remote areas. I've had the opportunity to use D4H Incident Management for our organization's emergency response needs, and I can confidently say it's been a game-changer.
From the start, the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple for our team to get up to speed quickly. The comprehensive features allow us to manage incidents effectively—from real-time situation reporting to detailed resource tracking. The ability to customize forms and workflows tailored to our specific needs has streamlined our processes significantly.
One of the standout features is the seamless integration with other tools we already use such as GIS layers. This has helped us centralize our operations and improve communication across teams. The mobile app is also useful enabling our responders to access critical information and report incidents on the go.
Moreover, the support from the D4H team has been exceptional. They are always ready to assist with any questions and provide training resources that have been incredibly helpful.
Overall, D4H Incident Management has enhanced our incident response capabilities and given us peace of mind knowing we have a reliable system in place. I highly recommend it to any organization looking to improve their emergency management processes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One feature which I hear in in the pipeline is to have "Public Surveys" Once that get release it will be the perfect software, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As Director of Emergency Management and Preparedness for a healthcare system, I am pleased with the implementation of D4H, which has significantly enhanced not only our emergency management processes but also our daily operations. The platform has improved real-time incident management, allowing for better tracking, resource allocation, and communication during critical events.
Beyond emergencies, D4H will be used for regulatory surveys, daily operations, High Reliability Organization (HRO) safety huddles, and evaluations, making it a versatile tool across various departmental functionality used daily. Transitioning to D4H has streamlined our operations by replacing paper-based systems, improving compliance with internal and regulatory standards, and enabling more accurate reporting for audits. Team coordination will be strengthened as D4H centralizes communication and assigns tasks clearly, particularly within our Incident Management Team (IMT). Overall, D4H has been a valuable asset in optimizing the safety and efficiency of our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While D4H has brought numerous benefits to our healthcare system, there are a few areas that could be improved.
One of the challenges we've encountered is the initial learning curve, especially for staff who are less familiar with digital platforms, would be a more structured and ongoing training could help ease this transition.
Finally, although the platform integrates well with other systems, expanding its integration capabilities with more of our existing tools could further enhance its efficiency. These are areas where I hope to see future updates from D4H to better meet our evolving needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use. D4H holds a lot of information and the ease of accessibility to this is phenomenal. This has to be the easiest package I've ever worked with. Added to this, the Customer Support is very good with issues resolved within a very short time span. This is always a huge positive for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
People adding in Reminders for me to get tasks done ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-on the web page, the dashboard has a clean interface that is easy to read and navigate
-the red, yellow and green availability markers are simple and clear to read
-the notification system is linked to our email and phones, ensuring we don't miss critical emergency communication Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-the app isn't the best. For example, the Dashboard on the app doesn't have half the information that the web page does. Being able to use the app more effectively in the field would be beneficial
-I'd like to see improvements made to the chat/SMS functionality. Currently, chat messages are created and delivered like emails. Something more nimble and agile like WhatsApp or Signal would be better in my opinion
-I don't dislike this per se, but i think you should be able to customize the app to send you push notifications when certain types of infomration are/is updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The excellent mechanism of D4H allows the university to uniformly log incidents in a rather centralised manner while giving access to real-time data and detailed reports to help implement preventive measures. Communication with D4H has become very easy, concerned parties can be informed promptly. The system has proved highly beneficial during audits and showcased university's commitment towards safety and risk management. The system has very user friendly interface with customisable alerts and notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the basic interface is very user friendly, the advanced features are a little difficult and additional training is required for the users to utilise the platform to its full capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
