What do you dislike about D·engage? Onsite persoanlization feature was not connected to CDP. I was exploring this option in Vinda. We collected customers data through mutiple brands in our portfolio but data store in different in place. So, it was difficult to get single few of consumers. The analytics module. Dengage doesn't allow us to see the evolotuion of some KPIs, like CTR ratio, open ratio, unsubscribe ratio and others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
