**Describe the project or task D&E Consulting Solutions helped with:**

We have used D+E for multiple projects, from adding companies and divisions to converting historical data and implementing a company-wide reorganization. This review will focus on the company-wide reorganization, though my comments would apply to every experience we have had with D+E Consulting.

**What do you like best about D&E Consulting Solutions?**

The best part of D+E is the relationship we have built with their team. They know the system very well and can offer alternative solutions. They are quick to respond when we have a question/issue. They are thorough - will ask questions to get a better understanding that will lead to a better outcome. I can't say enough good things about working with them.

**What do you dislike about D&E Consulting Solutions?**

The downsides about working with D+E is they make me not want to work with any other consultants.

**What problems is D&E Consulting Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are finding ways to improve our system, be more efficient, and solve long-term issues in a scalable, sustainable way.

Move system to a new environment, system configuration, data conversion, business process consulting, Business Intelligence, etc.

**What do you like best about D&E Consulting Solutions?**

D&E is extremely knowledgeable about the product and best practices.

**What do you dislike about D&E Consulting Solutions?**

D&E is unable to create UDES automation and UKG has a long backlog. Thisi is a limitation of UKG resources and not D&E.

**What problems is D&E Consulting Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are very few Team Members at our company with UKG Pro experience. D&E was able to assist with all aspects of system implementation while our team becomes accustomed to the new software.
