It cuts through the noise when we’re trying to get our product in front of the right consumers, and it gives us analytics-based targets for our pitch.

**What do you dislike about D&B Rev.Up ABX?**

It could expand its database. While its buying-intention detection is quite good, I’d appreciate more detailed niche segmentation.

**What problems is D&B Rev.Up ABX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to rely on a brute-force approach and broad, web-based targeting, but it significantly reduced our lead generation and made it harder to identify the right targets for the right pitch.

Learning curve is quite difficult to understand for new users

User can do a deep analysis of Audience and target and make strategies based on it which will result in Pitching in correct direction with each group of audience

**What do you like best about D&B Rev.Up ABX?**

Automation is good and so is the API intergration, Analytics is something I have relied on. Data sets are quite vast and 360 Dashboard was the best part. I liked how easily I was able to segment my onboarding and engagement operations and target the different subsets as different campaigns. Cross channel activation is again the best part and I have leveraged it quite a lot for my virtual events and webinars with one go my content has visibilty in all channels.

**What do you dislike about D&B Rev.Up ABX?**

Well for starters, It doesn't give you real time insights. On granular level you can't use this tool. So yes, real time automated workflow is something you can't trigger here which I believe as a community manager you  need that considering you have to moniter the user journey from channel to channel on your platform.Instantaneous engagement tracking is something that's missing and that's what is important for a marketer who's on roll and believe ,e there are other cheaper options available too!

**What problems is D&B Rev.Up ABX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform I was using  disn't had an intergrated campaingn deployment functionality and that was the main purpose I was using this software also, our students were active on all the social cross channels so for this automation, sharing info was quite easier with Rev.Up. The tool aslo helped me to check what content is working on my community feed and gave me a way out to plan further. Following up with students was never  easier before as I had set up an LMS query channel and measured the number of interactions in that forum at ease to access the flow of tickets. So yes, primarily it was automation of cross channels for me.

It have Extensive Business Database which help in getting detailed insights about potential partners, customers, and competitors.
This product offers advanced risk management tools that help me monitor credit risk and supplier reliability, which helps me in preventing financial loss and improve decision-making.
Their platforms, such as D&B Hoovers, provide sales teams with lead generation capabilities and market intelligence, enabling more effective targeting and engagement strategies.
D&B assists businesses in navigating complex regulatory environments, helping them maintain compliance and avoid penalties.

I have faced significant issues regarding inaccuracies in D&B's credit reports.
The products are very costly, as being a startup we found it very hard to pay for the services they are giving.
The product map is little bit complex to understand, as when I was trying to use this, it was very hard for me to find which product is fit for my use case.

That it brings together data, insights, and engagement all in one place for my client who has multiple businesses under one brand, which makes it a lot easier to manage account-based marketing. It helps to clearly see which accounts to target and personalizes the outreach, so marketing and sales are more aligned.

Can be simplified a bit currently it is very difficult to navigate some options, maybe design a little different

The main problem which is using multiple tools - Google analytics, Microsoft clarity, hotjar, semrush has been solved atleast for one of our clients like honestly we still see other tools but tonsee information at a collective place at once we come to rev up. In last minute meeting it's a saviour

To be honest with you I like D&B in every aspect in terms of my needs and I would like to mention here those all.

D&B Rev. Up ABX is Ease of use, Comprehensive Data Insights, it is Automation and Efficiency, there is Analytics and Reporting and along side it is providing Enhanced Targeting Capabilities, most they are proving a best customer support.

Overall I am very happy with the marketing compaigns, to manage process and it delivered best result.

Overall any system we are going to use, there might couple of points those tricky and user need time to understand so here with D&B Rev. Up ABX also some complexity and challenges to integrate with the other system I am using.

Actually, I was struggling with generating leads and convert to the business and there was issue with targetting right audience and accounts but after using D&B Rev.Up I really felt that it solved my major issue that was targetting right audience and accounts. D&B Rev. Up ABX is a game changer. I basically use it for the ABM approach, it helps in providing insights to valuable data allowing to identify target persona. Moreover it is easy to use through which one can easily leverage its capabalities.

I have been using it for while but I haven't found any loophole or a thing yet that I dislike about D&B Rev. Up ABX. It is bit costly but it is worth it.

The customer service staff is incredibly helpful and conscientious. Because of the database DnB has amassed over the years, the product has enormous potential. An excellent complement to audience building, RevUp ABX provides you with net new accounts and connections. It's a really reliable tool.

**What do you dislike about D&B Rev.Up ABX?**

Even though D & B Rev.up ABX has made an effort to be flawless, there are a few aspects that should be taken into consideration: complexity!

It is difficult to comprehend, much less perform, after you have the hang of it. It took me months to figure out how delicate and functional it was. I had a wonderful time aside from that. I will definitely recommend that you give it a try as I use it frequently in my capacity as an administrator!

Executing an ABM strategy, we seek assistance in identifying accounts aligning with our business, drawing insights from past successes and future objectives. Effort management is key for any marketers or agency in particular with D & B Rev.up finding right buyers has become less complex and ultimately saving me from never ending effort of identifying who is right fit for my product.It's ease of implementation and integration is crazy. Truly recommending to every agency to hop onto this tool and try this easy to use platform. The customer support is also top notch.

I totally love it's user friendly interface and ease of access.Also the implementation set up was very convinient and hassle free. It has the best customer support to resolve user queries.
