What do you like best about D&B Finance Analytics Credit Intelligence?

D&B Finance Analytics is a robust and comprehensive tool designed to help businesses assess and manage credit risk effectively. I like that it provides access to comprehensive information on millions of companies. The automated credit decisions saves time and effort required for manual credit checks. We currently use SalesForce so the integration of D&B Credit Check tool into that system has been very helpful with our credit processing needs. The customer support is also very helpful making it a very good experience all around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D&B Finance Analytics Credit Intelligence?

Very rarely, some entities have outdated information - mostly the updated Legal Entity Name. There are also times when companies registered within the past 6 months do not show up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about D&B Finance Analytics Credit Intelligence?

I enjoy the rating system, the visualization of company data, ease of access, & overall simplicity of the site. When determining credit worthiness of new or current customers, it is very easy to summarize and gather company information whether that be through D&B's rating systems or just how the overall company report is formatted. My personal favorite tool is D&B's Maximum Credit Recommendation amount for some of the company profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D&B Finance Analytics Credit Intelligence?

When looking from one company profile to another, the scores/ratings used aren't always aligned and some profiles are provided with more detailed reports than others and have other ratings available that some others do not. I also don't always know how up to date the information on a profile is. There are some companies whos most recent financial information is from two years prior. When the financial statements on the report are so outdated, especially given the recent pandemic, my confidence in D&B's rating system falters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
