It is very helpful for our company in making decsions about customers and very informative. It is easy to use and the training the accounting team to put the process in the place was wonderful. What do you like best about D&B Finance Analytics Credit Intelligence?

We are relatively new to the tool so my feedback is only for the past few months since implementing it. So far the feedback I have received is the users appreciate the user-friendly interface and easy navigation which has enhanced their credit decision-making and makes it easier to assess creditworthiness. Many find it effective for automating credit decisions and managing risk. The data seems to be more robust than our previous tool allowing for more accurate evaluations to minimize risk. What do you dislike about D&B Finance Analytics Credit Intelligence?

As stated, we are relatively new users so I haven’t had much negative feedback at this point. However, from talking to users outside my organization, I have received feedback that the tool is very expensive compared to similar ones on the market and the data can be inconsistent and inaccurate at times.
