Implemented Secure Endpoint Management, daily Threat & Vulnerability scans, bi-weekly security patches, and threat & vulnerability remediation processes to remediate outstanding vulnerabilities. 1. Our weekly Cyvatar calls, we get a lot done during these 30 minutes!

2. Overall team engagement has been really positive.

What do you dislike about Cyvatar.ai?

Multiple logins to manage the E2E solution to get the full scope of work. For example, logging in to Cyvatar website, Automox, Tenable, and SentinelOne. False positives have been an issue, both on Automox (showing dup devices) and Tenable (vulnerabilities that can't be resolved or do not require action). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cyvatar.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problem: As a startup CTO, I am responsible for everything that falls under the IT umbrella. This means purchasing AuditMate devices, configuring them, deploying them, monitoring and patching the devices, troubleshooting when errors are found, and much more.

Solution: Cyvatar has helped alleviate the pain point of monitoring, patching and troubleshooting these devices. Providing me with the tools to pinpoint where the issue is, on what device, and how to remediate the issue. If I am unable to remediate the issue on my own, I meet with Cyvatar technical lead who is able to walk me through the process. Reducing the amount of time that I have to spend researching and troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
