The platform delivers clear, actionable insights that are actually useful—not just a list of CVEs. It automatically prioritises issues based on context, which saves a huge amount of time when triaging and deciding where to focus. It also integrates well into the development workflow, so engineers get the information they need in a timely manner. It strikes a great balance between automation and control. Implementation was straightforward as was the ability to plug in 3rd party integrations. Customer support has been fantastic both during and post rollout, the team there are experts in their field. Cytix is helping us tackle the long-standing challenge of visibility and prioritisation in application security. Before, vulnerability management often felt reactive and time-consuming—issues were flagged, but rarely in context, and sorting through them slowed everyone down. With Cytix, we have a much clearer picture of which vulnerabilities actually matter, and the automated triage helps us focus on high-impact fixes. It’s also reduced the friction between operations and development by giving both sides the right information, in the right place, at the right time. When you log into their dashboard, vulnerabilities found by automated tools have usually already been validated by a security consultant, which is a massive win. It can take time to resolve issues when the underlying tool ecosystem is not functioning correctly, and there is a handoff to a partner on their side.
