"Effortless Penetration Testing with CYRISMA"
5/5
What do you like best about Cyrisma?

I like CYRISMA for its ease of use, which makes it simple to set up penetration tests for dealerships. It also provides dealerships with a tool to cover IT technical requirements effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyrisma?

More resources to allow the setup of the system would be helpful. Sometimes you set up a child account, and it doesn't link to a parent because of human error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CYRISMA offers strong consolidation value, needs enhancements in data correlation & patch coverage"
4/5
What do you like best about Cyrisma?

I had the opportunity to evaluate the CYRISMA platform and found it to be a well-designed and intuitive solution. The product offers several valuable features that are highly relevant for today’s cybersecurity needs—particularly in areas such as vulnerability assessment, data discovery, secure configuration baselining, and identity monitoring.

What stands out is CYRISMA’s ability to consolidate multiple capabilities into a single platform, which can significantly reduce operational complexity and tool sprawl. For organizations looking for a cost-effective solution that streamlines core cybersecurity functions, CYRISMA is definitely worth considering. It strikes a good balance between functionality, usability, and affordability, making it suitable for both mid-sized and enterprise environments.

Overall, it’s a solid platform with potential to become a central part of an organization’s risk management and compliance strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyrisma?

there are areas that would benefit from improvement. The user interface, while functional, is not very intuitive and can be challenging to navigate—particularly when trying to correlate information across modules. Enhancing the UI/UX for easier access and interpretation of insights would significantly improve usability.

Additionally, while the platform ingests data from multiple sources, the correlation between these datasets and the resulting actionable intelligence could be more robust. There’s a noticeable gap in how well the platform translates raw data into meaningful insights and recommended actions. Strengthening this capability would greatly enhance its value as a central risk management tool.

Lastly, coverage around patch management is an area of concern. A more comprehensive and integrated approach to patch visibility and prioritization would round out the platform’s capabilities.

In summary, CYRISMA is a strong contender for organizations seeking a consolidated cybersecurity platform, and with some targeted improvements—particularly in UI, data correlation, and patch coverage—it has the potential to deliver even greater impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Produces actionable insights into the environment"
5/5
What do you like best about Cyrisma?

I was introduced to Cyrisma at a Brainstorm K-20 conference where multiple school districts, colleges, and universities mentioned that it was part of their recovery process after compromise. They mentioned that if they'd had it before compromise, they may have been able to prevent it and would certainly have reduced the impact. That got my attention and I reached out to Cyrisma for a demo when I returned from the conference.

It's very easy to leverage the platform and to understand how to take advantage of the information presented. It gives actionable insight into different aspects of our environment and the reporting is such that it has immediate benefit to everyone. I'm able to assign mitigation plans directly to the users who own the data and our university president even asks for updated metrics to include in annual reports to the board of trustees.

I'll add that they've been on a very steady plan for platform improvement. In addition to adding new features, they're making the UX/UI easier to use and they're working on the back end to eliminate issues that have come to light as they've scaled outwards. The support and development team are very engaged in providing quick resolution to issues and when we report problems to them, we feel that they're given rapid attention. What do you dislike about Cyrisma?

I wish they had an API that allowed us to automate the process of creating and reporting on scans and assigning mitigation plans.

I'm looking forward to SSO integration with Entra and I hope that it includes retrieving department and manager information to hopefully eliminate the amount of manual maintenance I have to do with the system. I've heard rumors that it's coming soon and I'm anxious to get on board! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid, No-Nonsense Vulnerability Management That Actually Gets Things Done"
5/5
What do you like best about Cyrisma?

What I like best about CYRISMA is how it delivers actionable vulnerability intelligence without drowning you in irrelevant data. After using it for over 2.5 years, I appreciate that when I open the dashboard, I can immediately identify vulnerabilities and understand what needs to be fixed, rather than sifting through system specs and diagnostic information that doesn't help me solve problems. The platform has evolved significantly during my time using it, particularly with the addition of integrated patch management features including an autopatch capability that lets you "set it and forget it." This eliminated the need for a separate patch management solution and really speeds up my patch deployments. The dashboard is simple but highly functional, making top vulnerability lists easily accessible with excellent CSV export options for both summary and detailed data. CYRISMA excels at comprehensive vulnerability coverage, including third-party software, while maintaining laser focus on what actually matters for security remediation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyrisma?

The main limitation I've encountered with CYRISMA is the data privacy scanning feature's inability to perform group or batch scanning, which can be challenging and time-consuming when trying to achieve 100% coverage in large enterprise environments. While the platform does produce some false positives, they're not excessive compared to other vulnerability scanners I've used. As with any actively developed platform, new features occasionally have minor issues upon initial release, though these haven't significantly impacted my productivity and are quickly resolved by their responsive support team. Honestly, I'd rather deal with occasional upgrade bumps in exchange for the useful long-term features they continue to add. Overall, my dislikes are relatively minor compared to the platform's strengths, and the issues I've mentioned are more about missing conveniences than fundamental problems with the core functionality. "Replacing Multiple Tools with Cyrisma: A Game-Changer for Cybersecurity"
5/5
What do you like best about Cyrisma?

I’ve been using Cyrisma since October 2024, and my experience has been fantastic so far. The platform’s graphic interface and Risk dashboard are easy to navigate and read, and I love how Cyrisma combines several tools I was previously using into one central location. This has greatly improved my workflow, providing more clarity and speed by eliminating the need to log into multiple platforms. I haven’t encountered any challenges, and I highly recommend Cyrisma to others. It’s an all-in-one platform that replaces several standalone tools in my cybersecurity stack, making my work much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyrisma?

I think pricing was our bigest drawback, and needing a tool that has better phone support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
