What do you dislike about Cyrisma?

I fine it very diffcuilt to navagate the system and setting up of the reports. There is lilted device updating offred by CYRISMA. I have yet to get my system working ater years of using and asking for help. There is minial efferot from CYRISMA customer success with the product. I had a call with the new account manager and Have not herd back from him since the last call. Also he know was having issue and yet he still thought it was good to followup again in 3 months. I have yet to hear backfrom him to date. I has been a disapoting experace of the product support in ofer to have susses with it. Could be a great product if I knew hos it works. A am disapointed. "Good visibility and decently effective for patching"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cyrisma?

I really like the detail you get with the different scans. While primarily used for vulnerability and patch management. The data scan are a big value add. It helps drive the point that users are not following through with the best practices they are taught with awareness training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyrisma?

The deployment of agents is a bit clunky. It seems like there is an unnecessary step when you have to "Provision" the agent. Most other tools its create a script the points to a key and you're done. With Cyrisma you have to go back to the UI and essentially confirm the deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy deployment, good reports, lots of development, and a great price!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cyrisma?

We were able to deploy Cyrisma in no time to a bunch of client machines and get usable reports in about 24 hours. From there we had a great game plan on how to bring customers to a better state of security. Pre-sales support was great and quick to answer questions. Have not had to use product support yet - hope they are as good. Sicne we signed up, there has been a lot of development and updates that have value-add. All this and the pricing was very attractive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyrisma?

There is a bit of a learning curve in understanding how the scans need to be configured the first time - it is a bit cumbersome. There is a bit of clicking to drill down in some reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good vulnerability platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cyrisma?

User frindly UI. The platform takes O365 integration. Very nice CVE descrtiptions, shows what devices need to be patched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyrisma?

- they are still working on improvements. One minus is data scans, the integration always shows as broken and we are still in process of fixing it.

-the dark web monitoring - good to have, but useless.

-support does not always reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and capable tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cyrisma?

This tool is able to fill almost all of our needs when it comes to vulnerability management and patch management. Our clients really like the use of this tool and we are able to do all our scans without any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyrisma?

The only downside is that the site can sometimes be glitchy. MFA sometimes fail, and dashboards sometimes fail to load, but overall, it is not too bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
