Integrating with PSA / Ticketing platforms would be helpful. **What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?** With a single agent we are able to get several key security controls enabled to support our SOC 2 Type 2 and overall security posture goals. Being able to get visibility into Active Director, Darkweb, vulnerabilities (internal / external and web app), sensitive data discovery and configuration monitoring significantly enhances posture for ourselves but also our clients. ### 2. We also love that we get multiple important tools all in one place. It is a core platform for the services that we deliver to our customers. **What do you dislike about Cyrisma?** The interface is a bit clunky and takes some getting used to. Also, vulnerability management is one of those things that require more scrutiny (reviewing for false positives, for example) than some of our other services. **What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?** CYRISMA helps us address some of the core requirements that our customers are asking for, especially vulnerability management. It also eliminates the need for us to stitch multiple disparate tools together. ### 3. There's no more pain of sifting through 100's of pages of vulnerability data to see what needs to be patch. It's all spelled out with the root cause analysis. **What do you dislike about Cyrisma?** Just like with any tool, we'll discover bugs in the interface or with the software itself. Cyrisma is top notch at getting bugs fixed as soon as possible when they are reported. **What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cyrisma gives us the ability to scan anything, anywhere, and anytime. With our company being majority remote, we don't need anyone logged into a VPN to receive a scan. We can scan any machine from anywhere as long as it has access to the internet. ### 4. Good separation between client tenancies with thought to how an MSP needs to operate **What do you dislike about Cyrisma?** The interface isn't as intuitive as other products, and the trade off of separate tenancy instances introduces slowness in performing common tasks. **What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visibility into the vulnerabilities in clients' infrastructure is a key part of our security offering. The ability to use the platform to manage mitigation tasks provides accountability to the techs. ### 5. Scan reports identify root cause saving us from having to comb through hundreds of pages of data or building massive pivot tables to identify issues. **What do you dislike about Cyrisma?** We run into bugs every once in a while in the UI. These bugs are handled rather quickly by the Cyrisma support team when reported. **What problems is Cyrisma solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have the flexibility to deploy Cyrisma to any environment and can scan that environment at any time without creating strain on the environment from both an endpoint and network perspective. ### 8.
