It’s easy to let them place repeat or custom orders, and everything syncs directly into our Cyrious Control system—no double entry. The built-in designer tool is super helpful for variable data jobs like name badges or signs. **What do you dislike about Cyrious?** Initial setup takes time, and some areas feel slow or outdated. You may need IT help for hosting (HomeGate), SSL, and updates. It’s not as user-friendly as Shopify, but more powerful for our industry. **What problems is Cyrious solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cyrious helps us manage everything in one place — from customer orders to production and billing. Before, we had to do a lot of manual work, which took time and caused mistakes. Now, orders go straight into the system, and our team can track everything easily. It saves us time, reduces errors, and makes our work faster and smoother.
