Easy to use platform, the chat feature allows for troubleshooting simultaneously as you are doing the task. The difficulty in setting up meetings with technicians or engineers. I would have liked a couple of sessions for the onboarding process. Cyrebro allows us to have all the logs from various sources sent to their analytics platform. Investigations are open when systems are acting differently or showing actions that can be malicious. I would like to have more tools where I can customize the views and configure and categorize different alerts. Cyrebro is an excellent tool and works well providing the information required. It is also constantly developing and improving, which for us as a business is important.
