Sometimes the test just failed randomly on different machines due to some unprecedented errors and I need to spend the extra time to figure out what happened. Also, the gap in price between the free plan and the team plan is too large. I am in a very small team with only 3 people. I am willing to pay for the plan, but I want more test results rather than having 10 users. I don't want to pay $75 for 10 users I don't need. 500 test results for the free plan is a bit of stingy. It is one of the best software testing tools that I have ever used. It can be installed in systems easily without any third-party drivers. It can be installed easily. During the test run, I have encountered several bugs in Cypress. Bugs such as detached from DOM, driving towards infinite loop within a particular scenario, specifically in behavior-driven development tests, are annoying and need to re-run tests. In some cases, I have even encountered issues such as test will run for only half scenario, and due to the multiple thread mechanism it follows, the current running scenario will be skipped.
