What do you like best about Cypago?

Cypago has greatly simplified and streamlined our compliance process. By utilizing its powerful integration capabilities, we have been able to meet our regulatory obligations with ease. What do you like best about Cypago?

An easy way to gather all the tasks and information required for company compliance. We connected many data sources, which helped us automate the process instead of running after print screens and Excel sheets.

What do you dislike about Cypago?

We were missing some key integration added only after our ISO audit. It took time to stable the system during the onboarding process, but we solved everything and went forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cypago solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cypago shortened the time to collect all ISO evidence and kept them up to date the entire audit period (Including now on the second control audit). I do not need to attach new evidence for some sections for the next audit because of the automatic update. In addition, I did;t need to send any data to the auditor using a non-secure email or drive, and during the audit, he directly accessed the system and checked the evidence. What do you like best about Cypago?

Cypago was the tool we needed at the time we most needed it. The sales process was smooth and straightforward, and it provided exactly the value we were looking for. What problems is Cypago solving and how is that benefiting you?

When vendors go out to the market and expand their customer base there's a need to prove data security & privacy for potential buyers. The best way to do it is by achieving a SOC 2 report, however this is normally a resource-intensive and painful process. Overall, SOC 2 is one of the most annoying things to spend your time on, so I don't know how a product can solve it:
