Certain parts of the dashboard do not support drill-down functionality. Although it is possible to log customer support calls by email, these are always recorded at normal severity. The console is intuitive, detections are usually precise, and the ability to perform remote remediation (file removal, process termination, host isolation) directly from the dashboard is a big plus.
