"All-in-One Cyber Protection That Simplifies Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Cynet?

Having a single product that manages protection from cyber attacks for endpoint, identity, SaaS, cloud and email means that we spend less time logging into multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

We had trouble getting a specific feature to work during onboarding and it took longer to resolve than I had hoped, however it was resolved eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Protection with Usability Issues"
4/5
What do you like best about Cynet?

I like the ability to apply targeted exclusions where Cynet does not intervene, allowing company-created programs to be excluded so they are not blocked by the antivirus. I also appreciate the alert system and the ability to apply remediation quickly, which greatly help in managing endpoints and quickly blocking malicious components within the machines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

The aspects that should be improved, in my opinion, are the resource consumption of the agent on the machines where it is installed, which I find excessive. Furthermore, the console should be simplified; without hours of training on its use, it is difficult to understand everything that can be done with it. Not very user-friendly if we want to use a term to describe it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product backed by even better people"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cynet?

With the new All in One tool it has unlocked more opportunities to smaller businesses who need a single platform to handle endpoint email and mobile Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

Still improve the CLM, if they are really to speak to more small businesses to use a single platform adding in a security awareness training module to bring it all together Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ahead-of-the-Curve Roadmap and a Consolidated CyOps Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Cynet?

Cynet's product roadmap is ahead of any other product on the market. They continually improve the product by consolidating features into CyOps so that we can eliminate other MSP security products, reduce costs, and complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

Currently, you cannot "brand" the product offerings for your MSP offerings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Net Protection with Cynet: Effective and Versatile"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cynet?

I like that Cynet works even on very outdated operating systems. This is very useful because it allows us to operate on a range of legacy applications that are still in use. Additionally, the installation is quite easy thanks to group policies (since we do not use application deployment systems), and the distribution on Linux operating systems is equally simple. The operation is quite intuitive. There are frequent updates of features and layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

It is necessary to clear the browser cache frequently to be able to view the open alerts. The second aspect concerns the cookbooks already made, as they are not applicable to everyone and can have unpredictable consequences on the functioning (experienced on tenant 365). "Comprehensive Protection and Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Cynet?

I love the console because it is very user-friendly and has many options. I also really like the whole SOC part, which is very efficient and effective. Additionally, I value the ability to integrate security into different clouds like Microsoft and Google, which is very important for us. The ability to centralize logs from third-party devices, such as SonyWolf and Fortinet Firewalls, is also one of the things I like the most. This whole set is what I truly appreciate about Cynet - All-in-One Cybersecurity Platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

Well, let's see, to point out a downside, I could talk about the management at the partner level. We manage 2 types of clients: those under our MSP console and those who are direct. There is no problem with direct clients, but for those in MSP, it would be great to be able to create subtenants and give them access to their own console. Also, improve the control of client licenses, to define the maximum number of licenses and align with the established billing. We would like to be able to expand licenses ourselves, but control the maximum allowed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Intuitive All-in-One Security Platform with Room to Grow in Customization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cynet?

What I like best about Cynet is how intuitive and well-organized the dashboard is. The UI feels modern, clean, and easy to navigate, even for users who are not security experts. I also appreciate how much can be automated, from alert triage to remediation, which saves a lot of manual work and speeds up response times. The built-in visibility across endpoints, users, and network activity makes it easy to get a full picture of what’s happening in the environment without having to jump between different tools. Overall, it’s a solid all-in-one platform that simplifies complex security operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

While Cynet is generally very solid, there are a few areas that could be improved. The alert volume can sometimes feel overwhelming, and fine-tuning detection rules or exclusions isn’t always as straightforward as it could be. The reporting section could also use more customization options and better visualization tools. In addition, some updates or scans can slightly impact endpoint performance for a short time. Overall, these are minor issues, but addressing them would make the platform even more efficient and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
