It just took me longer to work through it than most apps. This could also be that the interface is designed with Sec specialists in mind and I'm a generalist. **Recommendations to others considering Cynet:** This product is backed by AI, as well as a 24/7 SOC team, so it's been a great help in filling in gaps in knowledge. We experienced 2 attacks and in both cases, Cynet mitigated the damage. The SOC team and I spent 2 hours doing a forensic analysis of the first affected server. The 2nd attack was a false pos, and again, they were quick to respond. This Network Detection and Response component helps to fill in the blanks when we consider IoT device traffic/behavior. We don't make heavy use of the alerting but we can see it's got some good features to do so, and we've never had a major security incident on a machine with Cynet installed **What do you dislike about Cynet?** It's been a bit of a struggle with deployment on Mac machines - I know there are some things that can't be prevented, but occasionally a hostname will change and it will look like multiple endpoints are generated on the Cynet dashboard. Additionally, migrating between tenants is a little difficult, but our company is in a unique situation with the amount of endpoints we needed to move from tenant to tenant. **Recommendations to others considering Cynet:** Great for If you are a single organization that wants an all-in-one security solution, you should get a demo and see how it integrates with your existing security infrastructure. Take a close look at any SOC integrations and see if they will be easy to deploy with your fleet of endpoints. The support team is 24/7 for any major incidents and can be used as an extension of your team and can also compliment other on-call services. Administrative team is fast and responsive, pretty good with documentation, and their engineers are willing to assist with any sepcific issues or requests. Due to the size of the team (fairly small) you can get some specialized support as well. **What problems is Cynet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a premium antiransom service will definitely save us and our clients a lot of time and money in prevented breaches, along with a SOC for any emergency actions. ### 45.
