This product has proven to be reliable, effective, and lightweight at the endpoint. It is also budget-friendly for us, and the customer support and account management have been excellent throughout our more than four years of use. After using the product for over four years, we remain very satisfied and have decided to extend our use of Cynet for another five years. The product is easy to deploy and implement you have visibility of threats very quickly. We interact withtthe product on a daily basis as the product provides us with timely updates. Cynet makes it easyto interact with the product to isolate risky endpoints and it's very quick to remediate. We feel our network is very well protected as a result of using Cynet. Although it is possible to log customer support calls by email, these are always recorded at normal severity. Additionally, I find the support ticket portal somewhat unintuitive. Vulnerability detection, endpoint threat detection and remediation and protection. The platform is solid, offers extensive functionality and yet it's really easy to use and it integrates with the most popular SaaS products in the market. Users don't need to face a steep learning curve, advanced features aren't too tough to get a hold on and customer support is always there ready to help and listen for new feature request, so the product never stops to evolve. In few words, countinous day to day use is without hustle. When my company first onboarded with cynet, agent deployment was really fast and easy thanks to the provided tool. While the UI is easy to use and effective, sometimes it doesn't scale well when zooming in or out in the browser and it really makes you crave for a big monitor. I especially appreciate the automated prevention actions (block, kill process, quarantine) that work reliably without impacting performance, and the clear linkage to MITRE ATT&CK techniques that helps analysts understand the context of alerts. The console is intuitive, detections are usually precise, and the ability to perform remote remediation (file removal, process termination, host isolation) directly from the dashboard is a big plus. The platform gives me excellent visibility on all of my endpoints, which is crucial for effective cybersecurity. It effectively handles endpoint detection and response, a feature that I use specifically. The straightforward setup process of Cynet was also impressive; once I acquired the agent, it was a breeze to deploy it across multiple workstations using group policies or other tools. The simplicity and efficiency of the deployment process are invaluable, making it great for my needs. Additionally, the comprehensive nature of the platform, negating the need for multiple tools thanks to its all-in-one approach, adds significant value to my cybersecurity operations.
