Also cannot break out alert notifications to different users groups, there is only 1 group that can receive notifications, so we cannot send all alerts to staff and only high level alerts to our ticketing system. **What problems is Cynet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cynet stops malware dead in its tracking with real time monitoring of the OS. When installing in an MSP/MSSP scenario, duplicate endpoints need to be installed using a custom installation switch that essentially renames the device in the Cynet console. It prevented an attack on two of our clients in separate incidents.
