"Effective Protection with Usability Issues"
What do you like best about Cynet?

I like the ability to apply targeted exclusions where Cynet does not intervene, allowing company-created programs to be excluded so they are not blocked by the antivirus. I also appreciate the alert system and the ability to apply remediation quickly, which greatly help in managing endpoints and quickly blocking malicious components within the machines. What do you dislike about Cynet?

The aspects that should be improved, in my opinion, are the resource consumption of the agent on the machines where it is installed, which I find excessive. Furthermore, the console should be simplified; without hours of training on its use, it is difficult to understand everything that can be done with it. Not very user-friendly if we want to use a term to describe it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Net Protection with Cynet: Effective and Versatile"
What do you like best about Cynet?

I like that Cynet works even on very outdated operating systems. This is very useful because it allows us to operate on a range of legacy applications that are still in use. Additionally, the installation is quite easy thanks to group policies (since we do not use application deployment systems), and the distribution on Linux operating systems is equally simple. The operation is quite intuitive. There are frequent updates of features and layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

It is necessary to clear the browser cache frequently to be able to view the open alerts. The second aspect concerns the cookbooks already made, as they are not applicable to everyone and can have unpredictable consequences on the functioning (experienced on tenant 365). "Comprehensive Protection and Easy Setup"
What do you like best about Cynet?

I love the console because it is very user-friendly and has many options. I also really like the whole SOC part, which is very efficient and effective. Additionally, I value the ability to integrate security into different clouds like Microsoft and Google, which is very important for us. The ability to centralize logs from third-party devices, such as SonyWolf and Fortinet Firewalls, is also one of the things I like the most. This whole set is what I truly appreciate about Cynet - All-in-One Cybersecurity Platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

Well, let's see, to point out a downside, I could talk about the management at the partner level. We manage 2 types of clients: those under our MSP console and those who are direct. There is no problem with direct clients, but for those in MSP, it would be great to be able to create subtenants and give them access to their own console. Also, improve the control of client licenses, to define the maximum number of licenses and align with the established billing. We would like to be able to expand licenses ourselves, but control the maximum allowed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Intuitive All-in-One Security Platform with Room to Grow in Customization"
What do you like best about Cynet?

What I like best about Cynet is how intuitive and well-organized the dashboard is. The UI feels modern, clean, and easy to navigate, even for users who are not security experts. I also appreciate how much can be automated, from alert triage to remediation, which saves a lot of manual work and speeds up response times. The built-in visibility across endpoints, users, and network activity makes it easy to get a full picture of what’s happening in the environment without having to jump between different tools. Overall, it’s a solid all-in-one platform that simplifies complex security operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

While Cynet is generally very solid, there are a few areas that could be improved. The alert volume can sometimes feel overwhelming, and fine-tuning detection rules or exclusions isn’t always as straightforward as it could be. The reporting section could also use more customization options and better visualization tools. In addition, some updates or scans can slightly impact endpoint performance for a short time. Overall, these are minor issues, but addressing them would make the platform even more efficient and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Budget-Friendly, with Great Support"
What do you like best about Cynet?

This product has proven to be reliable, effective, and lightweight at the endpoint. It is also budget-friendly for us, and the customer support and account management have been excellent throughout our more than four years of use. After using the product for over four years, we remain very satisfied and have decided to extend our use of Cynet for another five years.

The product is easy to deploy and implement you have visibility of threats very quickly. We interact withtthe product on a daily basis as the product provides us with timely updates.

Cynet makes it easyto interact with the product to isolate risky endpoints and it's very quick to remediate. We feel our network is very well protected as a result of using Cynet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

Certain parts of the dashboard do not support drill-down functionality. Although it is possible to log customer support calls by email, these are always recorded at normal severity. Additionally, I find the support ticket portal somewhat unintuitive. It identifies false positives some times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Platform with Extensive Features and Excellent Support"
What do you like best about Cynet?

The platform is solid, offers extensive functionality and yet it's really easy to use and it integrates with the most popular SaaS products in the market.

Users don't need to face a steep learning curve, advanced features aren't too tough to get a hold on and customer support is always there ready to help and listen for new feature request, so the product never stops to evolve.

In few words, countinous day to day use is without hustle.

When my company first onboarded with cynet, agent deployment was really fast and easy thanks to the provided tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

There isn't much to complain about the product.

While the UI is easy to use and effective, sometimes it doesn't scale well when zooming in or out in the browser and it really makes you crave for a big monitor.

In a rare occasion a graph was experiencing a glich but everithing was solved by the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Cynet - All-in-One Cybersecurity Platform very easy to use thanks to its intuitive interface. Its verification rules are thorough and the support is up to the standard of the product. I appreciate the timely checks, the auto-remediation, and the comprehensive description of events that make the product very effective. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple, which greatly facilitated my transition from McAfee to Cynet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They could improve the transfer of a host from one tenant to another in a graphical mode and not scriptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid all-in-one XDR platform with strong prevention and visibility"
What do you like best about Cynet?

Cynet provides a unified view of endpoint, network, and user activity, which makes daily monitoring and incident response much more efficient. I especially appreciate the automated prevention actions (block, kill process, quarantine) that work reliably without impacting performance, and the clear linkage to MITRE ATT&CK techniques that helps analysts understand the context of alerts.

The console is intuitive, detections are usually precise, and the ability to perform remote remediation (file removal, process termination, host isolation) directly from the dashboard is a big plus. The built-in threat intelligence and hunting queries also make it easier to validate alerts and perform deeper investigations without switching tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

Overall, the platform works well and meets the main needs. The only area for improvement is reducing some false positives and making the reporting more flexible and customizable, but these are not critical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Endpoint Visibility, Smooth Setup"
What do you like best about Cynet?

I appreciate how Cynet - All-in-One Cybersecurity Platform provides great URL functionality, making it easy for me to find the things I need. The platform gives me excellent visibility on all of my endpoints, which is crucial for effective cybersecurity. It effectively handles endpoint detection and response, a feature that I use specifically. The straightforward setup process of Cynet was also impressive; once I acquired the agent, it was a breeze to deploy it across multiple workstations using group policies or other tools. The simplicity and efficiency of the deployment process are invaluable, making it great for my needs. Additionally, the comprehensive nature of the platform, negating the need for multiple tools thanks to its all-in-one approach, adds significant value to my cybersecurity operations. What do you dislike about Cynet?

There is none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Cybersecurity Made Simple and Reliable"
What do you like best about Cynet?

What I like best about Cynet is that it delivers complete cybersecurity in one easy-to-use platform. It combines prevention, detection, and automated response with built-in 24/7 MDR support, eliminating the need for multiple tools. Cynet makes advanced protection simple, efficient, and highly reliable for any organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cynet?

It is that some features could be improved. For example, integrations with third-party firewalls or domain controllers could be broader, and the dashboard is not always as intuitive or customizable as some users would like.

There can also be occasional false positives or minor slowdowns during scans, but these are minor issues compared to the platform’s many overall advantages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
