The team working closely with us every 2 weeks, to setup the program and go through the process

Nothing to mention to date. It worked perfectly well for us a company of size upto 50 members and 1 product.

**Recommendations to others considering Cycore Secure:**

The team is very easy to work and setup processes. Very flexible in meetings, planning and assisting us to get certified and equipped.

**What problems is Cycore Secure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cycore team guides us all through the lifecycle of ISMS program covering - team structuring, policy definition, implementation, training, internal audit and guide on external audit.

They made the internal audit a seamless and efficient process - from the initial quote request through to the final report, everything was handled swiftly and professionally.

**What do you dislike about Cycore Secure?**

It turned out not to be an issue, though we did have some initial concerns about the auditor being in a different time zone.
